The Etter Ranch Trailhead project, proposed and funded by Spokane County will construct a new trailhead parking area providing 20 car spaces. Storm water run -off will be directed into swales with bio-infiltration galleries. WebEtter Ranch is the newest piece added to the Antoine Peak Conservation Area. It is on the south side of the mountain and provides a connection between the uplands and the valley floor. We will be constructing a new trail that will link the Emerald Necklace trail and a new trailhead in the Spokane Valley. WebHead north on Sullivan Road for 2.1 miles.
