WebSometimes I have to retract one to get it out of the request off queue but add a note to the retraction to let them know it was a duplicate of an already approved request. I might be wrong but I think the date should read 4/7 12am until 4/8 12 am a full day. I read it as both the same time. Not sure if that is it. Kronos can be a pain in the ass.
