I stack them the opposite way between the top of the pitman arm just under the steering box.Next to the shaft. Hit the shaft with some PB blaster. Than hit the wedges with a hammer. Most people end up having to cut the pitman arm almost to the splines of the steering gear and hit it with a hammer and chisel.
